These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of vikingreconbeardgear.store (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Viking Recon Beard Gear (“VRBG,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Website use

You may use the Site to browse and purchase products for personal, non-commercial use (or for resale under a separate wholesale arrangement with us). You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information when you order or contact us.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, colors, and photographs accurately. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, minor variations in appearance, texture, scent, or consistency may occur. Colors may also display differently on different screens.

Our products are cosmetic grooming products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Review the full ingredient list before use, patch test before first use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. See Ingredients & Safety.

3. Pricing and order errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are added at checkout. Viking Recon Beard Gear reserves the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or refuse an order affected by an error. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Promotional pricing (for example, “any 2 for $40”) applies as described at the time of purchase and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Payment

Payment is processed by Square on Square's secure checkout pages. We accept the payment methods Square makes available at checkout. By submitting payment you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We never see or store your card number.

5. Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. Square's confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or an error in price or product information, and will refund any amount already collected. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible; orders that have already shipped can't be canceled and are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Product availability

Products are handcrafted in small batches and may sell out. Stock shown on the Site is updated regularly but is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you to offer a substitute, a wait, or a refund.

7. Shipping

Orders typically process and ship within 2–3 business days. Carrier transit times vary and are not guaranteed. If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and available options. 8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: opened or used personal-care products are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect; unopened eligible merchandise may be considered for return within 14 days of delivery.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including the Viking Recon Beard Gear and VRBG names and logos, product names (Ironbark Resolve, Berserker's Coldsteel, Odin's Cloak), photographs, text, and design — are owned by Viking Recon Beard Gear or its licensors and protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, other than to view the Site and share links to it.

10. Prohibited use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; interfere with the Site's operation; submit false information or fraudulent orders; scrape or harvest data from the Site; or resell our products without a wholesale agreement with us.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viking Recon Beard Gear disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Parker or Tarrant County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms; orders are governed by the Terms in effect when you placed them.
